Limited Warranty
Warranty Coverage:
If your Billet Boys product is defective in material or workmanship and you return it to us within one year from the date it was delivered to you, we will replace it or, at our option, repair it at no charge to you. If we repair a defective part, we may use reconditioned replacement parts or materials. If we replace it, we may replace it with a reconditioned one of the same design.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
Contact Billet Boys at (510) 471-3026 to obtain authorization to return the part. Send part(s) to us at the address below, together with a letter describing the problem. You must prepay all shipping costs. We will return the product to you at no additional cost.

Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by accident, misuse, misapplication, failure to follow installation and operational instructions, alteration or attempted unauthorized repair service by anyone other than Billet Boys. This warranty does not cover hubs or wheels used fro racing purposes.
Limitations of Warranty:
Repair or replacement of the product by us is your sole and exclusive remedy. Implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability, are limited in duration to the one (1) year term of this of this express warranty. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. There are no express warranties which extend beyond those set forth in this document.
State Law Rights:
Some states do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages or a limitation of the duration of implied warranties so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Spoked Wheels
Billet Boys offers a limited six month warranty for spoked wheels.
Stainless steel spokes must be checked for tension after the first 500 miles. Torque should be 70-80 inch pounds.
Steel spokes must be checked for tension after the first 1000 miles. Torque should be 70-80 inch pounds.
After initial check, spoke tension should be checked with every tire change and 5,000 mile service.
Failure to do this will void the warranty.
The warranty does not apply to corrosion factors which may affect the materials in certain regions.
Motorcycles used in competition or off road are not covered by, and are EXEMPT from any and all warranties.
Billet Boys is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from spokes becoming defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, improper maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation, or any other misuse or mistreatment of the spokes.
