Terms and Policies
Dealer Qualifications:
In order to obtain dealer prices and service, Billet Boys must have a completed Dealer Application on file with photocopies of your business license, resale tax permit, and also photos of the inside and outside of your shop. Phone number must be listed in the phone directory under your company name.
Terms:
All orders are shipped COD, cashiers check or money order unless previously approved for company check acceptance. Some first time dealers may be required to send a deposit before shipment.
Check Approval Policy:
In order to qualify for company check acceptance, the following conditions must be met:
- A letter of application must be submitted to Billet Boys stating bank name, address, business account number and three motorcycle related business references that accept your company check, and a s signed authorization for Billet Boys to acquire bank information.
- Billet Boys must approve application for company check acceptance.
- Any dealer who has a check returned for insufficient funds or a closed account will be immediately placed on a cash only status.
Shipping:
All orders within the continental United States will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. All orders are shipped FOB Billet Boys, Hayward, CA.
Foreign Shipments:
All foreign shipments must be paid in full and will be shipped AIR FREIGHT COLLECT when possible, or include in prepayment the cost of shipping U.S. Mail. Write or call for an estimate of shipping costs.
Returns:
All claims must be made withing 7 days of receipt of parts. No returns will be accepted without previous authorization from Billet Boys, either by phone or mail. A 20% handling fee will be charged to restock parts unless the return is a result of defective merchandise or an error on our part. Absolutely no packages will be accepted for return if shipped COD. Please note: All parts returned must be packaged correctly; customer is responsible for merchandise damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging. Billet Boys will not be responsible for return freight on overseas orders.
Prices:
ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Minimum Order:
Minimum order is $50.00 USD. There will be a $10.00 USD service charge for orders under the minimum.
Delivery Time:
Billet Boys is the manufacturer of the majority of our products. Billet Boys can give an estimated shipping date, however, we cannot guarantee exact delivery for any product.
